Privacy

Short, because this site does very little. It publishes articles and it has one form on it.

What we collect

If you use the form: your email address, the date, the page you submitted it from, and the exact wording of the consent you agreed to. That is the complete list.

We do not ask for your name, your location, your age, anything about the person you are caring for, or anything about their health, and there is nowhere on this site to tell us any of it.

If you only read: our host records standard web request information such as the page requested and an approximate region, which is aggregate traffic data and is not tied to you. There are no advertising trackers on this site and no third-party analytics scripts.

What we do with it

We email you what we publish about care follow-through, which is what you agreed to. That is the only use.

Your address is stored in our own systems and recorded against the consent wording you saw, so that what you agreed to can always be checked rather than assumed. Storing the wording matters: it means a later change to the form cannot quietly rewrite what you signed up for.

What we do not do with it

  • We do not sell it, rent it or share it with anybody outside our own systems.
  • We do not use it to advertise to you elsewhere, and we do not upload it to an advertising platform to build an audience.
  • We do not use it to sign you up to anything else.

Email from us

Email from this site comes from our own domain, aiocoordination.com. If you receive something claiming to be us from a different domain, it is not us.

Every message carries an unsubscribe link that works immediately.

Removing your address

Use the unsubscribe link in any message, or write to [email protected] and ask. We will delete it and confirm. You do not have to give a reason and we will not ask for one.

You can also ask what we hold about you and we will tell you, which for almost everybody is one email address, one date and one consent record.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. It has no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Children

This site is written for adults arranging care. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from one.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects what we do with an address already given to us, we will email the people it affects rather than quietly updating this page.

The part that does not end

One plan finishes. The driving, the meals and the appointments do not.

Follow-through closes out a single plan and then stops, on purpose. The ongoing work of a family sharing care is a different job: who is taking him on Thursday, who is picking up dinner, who is quietly doing all of it. That is what Family Observatory is for.
